Emma - Presents

Ssssssh don't tell anyone but that bright shiny thing in the sky has made an appearance although I shouldn't think it'll be around for long :-(

What's everyone up to on this bank holiday Monday?  Me, I think I might spend the day in my craft room, unless my OH has any other ideas :-(  We're both off work this week and are out and about all week so won't get much chance to craft all week so might as well make the most of it whilst I can.  That's my excuse and I'm sticking to it :-)

Here's a card that was made for a friend who was attending a 90th birthday, yes a 90th birthday!!!!!!  Crikey I hope I live that long!!!!!!  She's really girly even at that ripe old age so this image sprang to mind straight away.

Apologies for the photo quality, this awful weather didn't give much light when taking them :-(

Materials used:
Coloured with promarkers
Paper pieced with papers from Me To You - Especially For You
Backing papers as above
Won these in a competition along with other Me To You goodies :-)
Nestability - labels 11
Distress ink - victorian velvet
Marianne Creatable Dies - frame and swirls
Tag - handmade
Martha Stewart punch - doily lace
Lace, ribbon and peel offs from my stash

I'd like to enter this card into the following challenges:

Lili's Little Fairies - anything goes
Passion for Promarkers - bright and light
Papertake Weekly - anything goes
Really Reasonable Ribbon - feminine
Whimsy Stamps - spots & dots
Dream Valley - special lady

xx Happy crafting and glittery hugs xx
